Monitoring includes regular monitoring of the condition of facilities, storage, processing, analysis and dissemination of information received. For example, about the state of atmospheric air, water bodies, subsoil, Lake Baikal, and waste disposal sites. It will improve the quality of data, promptly receive and respond to information about pollution, identify and fix violations. After its launch, everyone will be able to see the state of the environment in their region, municipality, and street online. That is, the safety of living, environmental safety will become transparent and understandable to everyone," commented Alexander Kozlov, Head of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
