3.22 billion rubles for construction of 21 objects under the program for Protection of Lake Baikal
In the course of 4 years Ministry of Construction and housing and utilities infrastructure of the Russian Federation has sent 3.22 billion rubles for co-financing of construction of 21 objects under the program for Protection of Lake Baikal, it was reported in press release of the Ministry.
During the realization of federal special-purpose program “Protection of Lake Baikal and social and economic development of BNT in years 2012-2020”, 14 of 21 objects have been finished, and 7 are in the stage of construction, the press release reported.
"Among the financed objects there are waste-water treatment facilities, objects of wastewater, waste sorting factories, transfer facilities, solid waste landfills, heating systems”, the statement said.
Program members are 3 subjects of the Russian Federation: Buryatia, Irkutsk Region and Zabaykalsky Krai.
