Pristine Russia Fifth Festival

Sergei Donskoy, the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, will open the fifth festival named Pervozdannaya Rossiya (Pristine Russia) which will be held at the Moscow Central House of Artists from January 26 to February 25, 2018, reported an official representative of the department Nikolai Gudkov to RIA Novosti.

Also, according to him, the Ministry of Natural Resources expects that the number of visitors to the festival, which in 2017 amounted to 150 thousand people, will grow. "We view the festival as a key event for environmental education in our country. The festival starts in Moscow and then becomes a mobile exhibition for a year, moving from city to city," Gudkov said.

One of the objectives of this project is to attract attention to the most beautiful places of the wild nature of the Arctic, the Urals, Kamchatka, Yakutia and other cherished areas in Russia. This is especially important for the promotion of domestic and inbound tourism.
